Turn process transcripts into review-ready SOP drafts.

SOPtic helps manufacturers convert real process knowledge into structured work instructions that qualified personnel can review, edit, save, and export to Word.

The documentation gap

The process is known. The work instruction is still waiting to be written.

Experienced operators and maintenance personnel know how the work gets done. Turning that knowledge into a clear, structured document takes focused time, and documentation work is easily delayed by the next breakdown, setup, or production demand.

SOPtic creates the first structured draft so your team can spend its time reviewing the procedure instead of starting from a blank page.

Best-fit customers

Built for manufacturers with real procedures and real reviewers.

Good pilot candidates include:

  • Maintenance procedures
  • Machine setups and changeovers
  • Repeat production tasks
  • Internal work instructions
  • Processes currently dependent on one experienced employee

Human review and grounding

AI drafts. Your people decide.

Every SOPtic output is a draft.

The system is designed to stay grounded in the supplied transcript, avoid adding unsupported process requirements, and flag certain cases where preceding context may be missing. It does not certify procedure correctness, safety, or regulatory compliance.

Qualified personnel remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, authorizing, and releasing every document before use.

Human review required before use.

Capability FAQ

Current capability, clearly stated.

What is available today?

The current pilot begins with a written transcript and produces an editable structured SOP draft with DOCX output.

Can SOPtic generate directly from video?

Not yet. Video upload, automatic transcription, and screenshot extraction are planned capabilities. They are not included in the current pilot.

Does SOPtic make a procedure ISO- or OSHA-compliant?

No. SOPtic helps structure a draft; it does not certify compliance, perform a safety assessment, or replace company review and document-control responsibilities.

What happens after the pilot?

Ongoing pricing and packaging remain provisional and will be finalized using pilot evidence.

Pilot request

Bring us one process your team knows but has not documented well.

If you can provide a transcript and a qualified reviewer, SOPtic can help determine whether structured, AI-assisted drafting belongs in your documentation workflow.
